Abstract
In the framework of the cluster-vibration model the authors discuss a quasi-f/sub 7/2/ pattern of low-lying states in /sup 143/Ce with the I=j-2 anomaly, and its consequences on the spectroscopic factors for this nucleus. (20 References).
